My partner and I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. The time was 11:30, of course we arrived 10 minutes before that, as is appropriate. After waiting for over an hour, we got up and said goodbye. I think that if the appointment was given 2 weeks in advance, it would be possible to keep it.In principle, they were at the doctor's place for a consultation, which of course we understand, and if you have to wait 5-10-15 minutes, you are tolerant, but it's already over an hour..... ...On the plus side, the staff at the reception was nice at least. :)
