Additional EU languages will be added soon. Your spoken languages will also be shown on your profile, making it easier for patients to see how they can communicate with you. If you prefer, you’re welcome to provide your own translated content. We’re happy to publish it to ensure accuracy and alignment with your preferred terminology. We can also translate your content from any of the supported languages back into English if needed.

Cancellation of Service

Monthly packages can be canceled at any time before your next payment is due.

Invoicing

If you change your plan or if the next invoice isn’t generated automatically, please allow 1–2 business days for it to be processed and sent to you via email.

Package Upgrades or Downgrades

You can upgrade or downgrade your package at any time. Any changes to your billing will be reflected on your next invoice.

Payment

We use Stripe, a trusted payment processor, to handle both one-time and recurring payments. Stripe accepts major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Trial Period

During your free trial, Stripe securely collects your card information at checkout, but no charges are made until the trial period ends. Payment is processed on Stripe’s website, not ours. If you prefer not to provide card details at this stage, you can simply select the « Bank Transfer » option during checkout—in that case, no card information will be collected at all.

Subscription Cancellation

If you cancel your subscription during the 14-day free trial, you won’t be charged at all – even if your content is already published. If you cancel after the trial period, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further payments will be charged.
