I will do this, although unfortunately my experience/opinion was not positive.A doctor friend of mine recommended the chief doctor to me, so I went to see him with high hopes. However, regarding my illness and symptoms, he said he didn't know what could be causing them, so he recommended a gastroscopy. Since it is quite an acute problem, of course I immediately indicated that I would like to have the examination carried out.Then it turned out that the nearest date was only in March, but they couldn't even say exactly when. This meant that I would have had to wait until the end of March, which is an extremely long time for an urgent complaint, especially in a private practice.I would also like to have an ultrasound scan, but it never occurred to me that this is a service that requires a separate appointment. Finally, I called another private health center and got an appointment for the gastroscopy for the next morning.Overall, I felt that there was no real care for the patients in the institution. Nice environment, nice music, but I didn't feel for a moment that I mattered or that my problem was really important to them. I left a lot of money there, but due to the long waiting time and indifferent attitude, I feel that it was completely unnecessary.That is why I do not recommend this institution to those who want fast and efficient care. The essence of private healthcare would be to receive the results within a short period of time, but unfortunately this was not what I experienced here. This is just my honest opinion and experience, I hope others find it useful.

Everyone was very nice, the receptionists, my treating doctor, whom I have been seeing for years. Dr. Péter Zoltán, the Chief Physician, is extremely thorough, helpful, professionally excellent, patient and understanding.I can write the same about Dr. Balázs Lázár, who performed the gastroscopy. He also provided a prescription and answered all my questions. The anesthetist was thorough and attentive, Dr. József Tóth. and I wish you further successful work..
I would give ten stars if I could!! The best private practice I've ever been to. I have only had positive experiences, an extremely professional, kind and humane team. It is spotlessly clean, everything is nicely and tastefully furnished. Soft, pleasant music plays, the place has a very good atmosphere. I would especially like to highlight the professional knowledge, helpfulness, extraordinary thoroughness and patience of Dr. Zoltán Péter, chief physician. I am grateful to Orsi for his attention and kindness, he took blood from me excellently. I wholeheartedly recommend the clinic to everyone!
Two weeks ago, I was at the private restaurant for a medical examination. The waiting room and the surgery were clean, you didn't have to wait long, approx. It was 10 minutes late. I received an appointment for that day, which I evaluated separately.The doctor - probably - made a good diagnosis, because I was cured.The problem was with the lab tests he ordered. The results of one of the tests did not come even after two weeks, when I phoned them, they could not explain what happened and why the results are not available - similar tests are usually ready in three days. The laboratory test has to be paid in advance (21,000 forints), so will this be reimbursed now?The other problem is that the doctor did not evaluate the lab results, when I asked for this on the phone, they said that a new appointment had to be made. Then what is the lab test for?In other countries, paid (non-state) medical examinations include the evaluation of the laboratory tests ordered by them.

Gastroenterology I arrived on time, they indicated that there was a 15 minute delay, and then they called me 40 minutes late.I asked for an ultrasound appointment, which was canceled the day before by phone, saying that something had come up, I can go in 20 days.Both problems point to disorganization and overcommitment, unfortunately
This year, my husband was examined by you, dr. Katalin Müllner. He had known the doctor for a long time, which is why he insisted that she perform the tests. Based on the first experiences, I would definitely give it five stars. Everyone was kind and helpful, and I can only speak of the doctor in superlatives.Unfortunately, based on the results, a control gastroscopy will be necessary, so we discussed with the doctor that my husband should go back within 3 months. Since he does not give the times, we had to discuss this at the reception. My husband works in a one-man shop, so he needs to be able to notify his boss a month in advance so that he can be released for that day. We said this, and we remained convinced that they would be looking for him in May. In July, they contacted her by phone to make an appointment for August, but with another doctor, because the doctor already has patients for every appointment and will be on vacation in August. Of course, he did not accept this, as Dr. insisted. to Katalin Müllner. They said that, however, there will only be an appointment for September, so they will be looking for him at the beginning of August.I couldn't wait for the call - based on the previous negative experience - so I called. At the beginning of the conversation, I stated my request and complaint very calmly. Of course, I said that they had made a mistake, because we should have appeared at the doctor's examination in June, and I indicated why this intervention was important. At this point, the receptionist handed me over to a female colleague who told me that their system was working and in the end we agreed that my husband would be called within 10 days for the new appointment.I wasn't surprised they didn't search. Today - August 13 - I contacted Privátgastro. I introduced myself and told them what I was looking for. I received countless questions - did they have an appointment for January, did they show up at all?..... What kind of examination is it? I said this at the beginning of the conversation. Finally, with great difficulty, we got to the point where on the evening of September 23..... WITH A QUESTION MARK!!!!! ???? So when will it be revealed????How to plan??????This attitude and the way they communicate is outrageous. You don't go to the doctor for a joke, and especially not in the private sector. In this case, in which my husband is, the passage of months, his waiting, may even cost him his life.I don't usually review any service, but I was so outraged by this attitude that I had to voice my anger.We are waiting for the call whether we can really go on the 23rd and for how many hours, because it is a secret for now.Magdolna Bacsa/Mrs. Péter Rosta

I had several tests here (Fibroscan, abdominal ultrasound), even the dreaded gastroscopy :) Everyone was very, very nice, from the doctors to the receptionist to the assistant. They create an absolutely calming atmosphere, which is especially important for reflection examinations. If there's no tension, it's not half bad.I absolutely recommend this clinic!

The clinic has a pleasant, friendly atmosphere, you are greeted by soothing jazz, and you can watch some good TV before it's your turn. :D The receptionist is always very cute. I have visited Dr. Krisztina Hagymási several times, her attitude towards the patient is impeccable, she is very empathetic, she thinks together with the patient and always has the best solutions in mind. I admit that I was afraid when I first went, I'm an anxious type, but I entered such a calming and professional environment that this fear was quickly dispelled. I can only recommend it to everyone!

I went for an appointment at 9 am in the morning and they asked to wait for 30 minutes at least because someone was late before me. I left and asked to call me back when they have a free slot - so they called me back 15 minutes later to come back but when I did I had to wait again because they let in someone else in the meantime. Their receptionist's approach is so unprofessional it is beyond belief - and you are supposed to pay for this out of your own pocket. No thank you - I am sure there are other services where they respect their customer's time.
