To publish your medical service content on our website, you’ll need to choose and purchase a subscription plan. You can use our platform as an individual (e.g., for your private practice) or on behalf of a company.
All payments are processed through a secure online billing system. We use Stripe as our primary payment gateway for convenient and secure card payments. If you prefer, you also have the option to pay via bank transfer.
All prices displayed on the website are exclusive of VAT and any other applicable taxes, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
VAT will be added to invoices where required by law.
EU business customers providing a valid VAT identification number will be invoiced without VAT under the reverse charge mechanism.
If your subscription includes recurring billing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically for each renewal period, unless you cancel your subscription beforehand. You won’t need to approve each charge individually.
We reserve the right to:
Correct any pricing errors, even after a payment has been made.
Decline or cancel any order placed through the Site if necessary.

Unless you let us know before the end of the applicable subscription period that you wish to terminate your subscription, your subscription will be automatically renewed and you authorize us to collect the applicable monthly, quarterly or annual subscription fee using any credit card or other payment method we have on file for you.
We offer a 14-day free trial so you can explore our services before committing to a paid subscription. During the trial period, you may access most features of the platform without charge. You may cancel your subscription at any time during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically continue as a paid subscription and the applicable subscription fee will be charged.
Trial Usage Limitations:
To ensure fair use and to prevent misuse, certain restrictions may apply during the trial period. For example, trial accounts may be limited in the number of clinic and/or doctor profiles that can be created or published, the number of edits or bulk actions available, and access to advanced features intended for paying customers. We may also apply reasonable technical safeguards such as rate limits, throttling, and manual review for suspicious activity. We reserve the right to modify or enforce these limitations as necessary to protect the platform and other users. If we make changes to the trial offer in the future, they will apply only to new users.
Translation of clinic or doctor profile content into additional languages is not included in standard subscription plans unless explicitly stated on the applicable product page, invoice, or written agreement.
We may offer translation as an optional paid add-on or under a separate agreement. Where translation services are provided, they may be subject to fair-use limits, technical constraints, and scope restrictions (for example: supported languages, character limits, content type, and frequency of updates). Substantial content expansions, frequent changes requiring re-translation, or bulk translation requests may require additional fees.
You are responsible for ensuring that the source content you submit for translation is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe third-party rights. We do not guarantee that translated content will be error-free or suitable for any specific regulatory or marketing purpose.
Any attempt to misuse our services—including creating multiple trial accounts, circumventing platform limits, submitting automated or abusive requests, scraping or extracting Site data, uploading unlawful content, or otherwise interfering with the operation, security, or integrity of the platform—may result in throttling, suspension, or termination of your account.
We reserve the right to investigate suspected misuse, require additional verification, restrict access to certain features, and take appropriate action to protect the platform and other users. Where misuse results in measurable costs or damages (including chargebacks or fraud), we may seek reimbursement and pursue legal remedies as permitted by law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at hello@medicalservicefinder.com. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period — you won’t be charged again after that. While all payments are generally non-refundable, we do offer a 48-hour grace period after payment during which you can request a refund. We process your personal and business data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to provide any business data or third-party information uploaded to the Site.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Budvoyage Media Kft. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. All content and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Budvoyage Media Kft., its directors, employees, and affiliates, from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We are not liable for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, terrorism, government action, or internet outages.
