By publishing your content on our website you agree that your content (text, pictures) can be used on our social media channels to promote your business and our website. If you decide to cancel your subscription we will archive your content and we might grant you the option to republish your content if you device to re-activate your subscription.
All information you submit on our website should be true, accurate, current and complete;
You have to purchase a subscription plan to be able to publish your medical service content on our website.
You can use our service as a private person on behalf of your own medical practice or as a company. We bill you through an online billing account for purchases made on the Site. Sales tax is included in our prices so the price we publish on our website is the final price you need to pay.
We use Stripe payment gateway to collect bank card payments. Beyond the modern electronic payment methods you can select bank transfer if this is more convenient for you. If your purchase is subject to recurring charges, you agree that we may charge you on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge until you notify us of your cancellation. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even if we have already requested or received payment. We also reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site.
Unless you let us know before the end of the applicable subscription period that you wish to terminate your subscription, your subscription will be automatically renewed and you authorize us to collect the applicable monthly, quarterly or annual subscription fee using any credit card or other payment method we have on file for you.
Due to our very low prices we do not offer any trial period at the moment however this practice might be subject to change. If we decide to introduce a trial period we will update this section accordingly.
All purchases are non-refundable. If you subscribe to one of our business plans, you are entitled to get a refund within 48 hours of receiving your payment. You may cancel your subscription at any time (by sending an email to: he***@me******************.com ). Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current payment period. If you are not satisfied with our services, please email us.
We may include software to be used in connection with our services. If such software is accompanied by an end user license agreement (EULA), the terms of the EULA will govern your use of the software. If such software is not accompanied by an end user license agreement, we grant you a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use such software solely in connection with our services and in accordance with these terms of use.
All software and related documentation is provided as is without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, suitability for a particular purpose or non-infringement. You accept any risk arising from the use or performance of any software. You may not reproduce or redistribute any software except in accordance with the EULA or these terms of use.
